Living on the lake for over 30 years, approximately 20 of those I have been in Real Estate, and actually owning and operating a known resort on the Lake of the Ozarks, I have not only learned to like the lake, I have learned to LOVE the lake. So many people have no idea the rhymes or reason to this place. Second homes and resort niches. I do. I have continued my education to teach others the ideas behind this special love of home and memories. My special belief, which is hanging on the wall in one of my offices simply says, 'if your lucky enough to live by the lake, your lucky enough.' A silent member of our 'team' is my son, Jamie Lux. Jamie has his own occupation, as a certified appraiser for a state wide firm whose clients are primarily national. Jamie often does value for our buyer clients to insure they don't pay too much, but certainly that they do not make an offer that will insult the seller and loose the property of their dream. While it is perceived that a buyers agent should force a good deal, it needs to be remembered that when you find the home that your dreams are made of, and you see all your days ahead perfect ones, the right price may not always be the cheapest price.
Lastly within the team is my husband. While David is retired from banking, he is out and about doing what we need done to make our jobs easier. It may not seem like a lot, but signs must be hung, open houses must be sat, sometimes yards must be staged. David is always there to help when needed.
